Classic Folios – the company behind Spaciable – has become one of the first companies to be accredited by the New Homes Quality Board (NHQB) – following a review of Classic Folios’ and Spaciable’s services that were considered by the NHQB to be “some of the industry’s best assets in providing transparency and quality in customer content."
The NHQB is an independent non-profit organisation established to drive build quality and customer care reforms in the new build market through the New Homes Quality Code (NHQC) – a set of carefully considered principles that registered developers must adhere to.
