Spaciable's Leading PropTech Solution is backed by Resident Protection Overseer

Classic Folios are proud to announce their accreditation by the New Homes Quality Board, which endorses the company’s Reservation and Completion Manuals, along with it’s award-winning PropTech platform Spaciable.

The New Homes Quality Code values the importance of written information for prospective home buyers.  They put a deep emphasis on safeguarding tenants’ rights and delivering change in developer behaviours for a brighter future in real estate.  The NHQB therefore plays an essential role in overseeing industry performance and providing support and information to the consumers within it.

Classic Folios has developed meaningful relationships with the Consumer Code for Home Builders and has engrossed itself in helping developers ensure that they meet the criteria set out by these organisations.  It’s service offering has been utilized by high-end developers such as Berkeley Group, Hill Residential & Battersea Power Station, effectively onboarding homebuyers to enable a smooth handover.

Spaciable’s SaaS portal only reinforced the validation of this accreditation. Acting as Classic Folios’ flagship product, the PropTech provider compliments the content produced by Classic Folios with highly accessible resources of online information.  There is a library that home buyers can engage with, a local area guide, and a concierge feature that keeps communication between residents and care teams clear and aligned.  This not only increases efficiency for both home buyers and developers but places the notion of accountability and governance at the heart of Spaciables’ & Classic Folios’ value proposition.

The NHQB provides protection to buyers of new homes, ensuring every detail is covered prior to purchasing a property.  Spaciable successfully goes beyond meeting the requirements for developers. It is more than just fully compliant with the NHQB as it continues to offer bespoke, unrestricted flexibility for users. The online portal is often commended for mitigating the need to manually log data and ensures it is continually adhering to ever-changing laws and regulations. Thus, the software solution issues documentary evidence that everything is being followed more easily.

Overall, the NHQB takes regulation seriously, pledging to keep residents safe from bad practice and homes that are essentially intolerable, and unfit for habitation.  Being acknowledged as a provider that reflects the organisations’ code of conduct is a significant indicator of where Spaciable is as a property management platform.  It plays an integral part of its ethos’ high expectations and continues to lay the groundwork for a bright future ahead.

“We are incredibly excited to be joining forces with the New Homes Quality Board. Being the first content supplier to receive NHQB accreditation was a major endorsement of our market-leading content, and a sign of the trust placed in us to help the NHQB raise standards amongst developers to ultimately improve the homebuying experience.”

David Graydon, CEO of Classic Folios and Spaciable

“We are delighted to be welcoming Classic Folios as one of our first accredited content suppliers for developers. Not only are they classified among some of industry’s best assets in providing transparency and quality in customer content, but we also have complete trust that Classic Folios share the same goal as us in creating a better future for consumers in the built environment.”

Leon Livermore, Chief Executive Officer at New Homes Quality Board
