  • Efficiently manage and resolve resident-reported issues through automated responses and an issues tracking feature.

  • Moving on from the Chat feature, Neighbourhood Updates allows residents and admins to share content that may be of interest to others.  This could be a perfectly captured photo of the sun setting behind the building, items for sale in the marketplace, encouraging reuse of unwanted items, or planned works or events on site, such as a summer barbecue.

Utilising 3D cameras, we capture show homes to create virtual tours, aiding sales to international buyers and saving staff time.  Prospective buyers and investors can explore properties remotely.  We handle filming and offer detailed CGI tours using floor plans, enabling tours prior to construction.

  • To reduce specification queries and consolidate lengthy spreadsheets, the Room Finishes feature offers residents a room-by-room breakdown of fixtures, fittings, flooring, wall colors, sanitary wear, and kitchen specs.  For more specifics, we move to the Appliances section, listing each appliance with a manual download link and registration link.  This assists homeowners in troubleshooting appliance issues.

  • The Library section minimises paper usage by offering a secure digital repository for vital documents—user manuals, certificates, warranties, safety protocols (like fire escape routes).  This enhances ESG credentials, maintains updated information centrally, and saves time for both you and residents.  It supports compliance with Codes requiring essential written information.  Admins upload docs at various levels, while residents can add their own files.

  • The Contacts section in Spaciable Living streamlines resident queries, boosting response times by categorising contacts into Services, Customer Care, Management, and Emergency.  Some inquiries can be resolved independently using the FAQs section, saving time on calls.
