As word-of-mouth spread amongst homebuilders, Tocio becomes Classic Folios Limited, specialising in plot-specific Home User Guides with exceptional presentation options, supporting developers’ customer care and handovers.

Entering the PropTech Arena with Homefiles

Identifying a need for a digital depository of information for homebuilders to provide homebuyers, Classic Folios launches Homefiles, and later, myHomefiles.

Entrepreneur David Graydon acquires market-leader Classic Folios with a tech-driven vision for the company’s future.

2017

Spaciable is Launched

Following the success of myHomefiles and under David Graydon’s leadership, the company launches Spaciable - a one-stop-shop portal for handovers and customer care that takes the company’s digital delivery to over 100,000 plots.

As the industry slowed during the pandemic, we developed a new property management and resident engagement app, Spaciable Living, designed to improve developmental ecosystems.

Cala’s 10,000th Plot
