Onboarding

From your early discussions with our Head of Partnerships, through to initial training with our Customer Experience Team, we will make sure your onboarding is accessible, enjoyable and seamless, allowing you to make the most effective use of your time.

We will also help create APIs with existing software that you want to integrate, helping you create a powerful tech stack that achieves all of your objectives.

If you are taking content as part of your package, our Editorial Team will also be in touch to establish your tone of voice, brand guidelines and objectives with your bespoke Home User Guide.

Training

We want to make sure that Spaciable supports all aspects of your business to create the most holistic property management and resident engagement solution possible.

To do this, we provide initial training either in-person or via Teams, depending on your preference. You will also have access to a knowledge hub of videos and interactive demos, providing on-demand tips and guidelines, should you need a reminder.

Furthermore, Spaciable offers customers unlimited admin users at no extra cost - so when new team members come on-board, not only can they be quickly added to the portal, we can provide additional training to ensure everyone is up-to-speed.
