    • ·Basic: £0 per plot, per month. This plan includes features such as unlimited developments and phases, 'How To' guides, the ability to upload three documents per phase, warranty document uploads, area guides, referrals, services, 'My Journey', and an admin analytics dashboard.

    • Essentials: £1.00 per plot, per month, plus a £30 standard software fee per development, per month. This plan encompasses all Basic features, along with additional benefits like custom branding (your logo, banner, and custom home address image), unlimited development/phase contacts, a calendar, unlimited document uploads, a 3D home designer, build progress updates, custom resident spotlights, and Matterport/video integrations (additional costs may apply).

    • Elite: £2.50 per plot, per month, plus a £50 standard software fee per development, per month. This comprehensive plan includes all Essentials features and offers full white-labeling, a custom login page, fully managed setup, room finishes and appliances populated by our team, snagging, a full suite of FAQs (including the option to add custom ones), parcel management, key holding, facility booking, defect reporting, visitor access, customizable surveys, digital signage, push notifications, community updates, chat with neighbours and concierge, virtual home tours (additional costs may apply), meter readings, and specification choices (additional costs may apply).
