How do we gain access?
After submitting your details via webform or signing an order, a member of our Customer Experience Team will get in touch to introduce themselves and on-board you. Our efficient Production team will then work behind the scenes to set up your account. You will then receive an email inviting you to activate your account and create a password. It’s that simple.
How much does it cost?
Basic is absolutely free. There are no hidden costs and no obligations to upgrade.
If you do wish to upgrade though, the Essentials package is just £1 per plot, per month, while Elite is just 50p extra.
There’s not much you can get for £1.50 these days, let alone a one-stop shop customer care tool!
Where is it hosted?
Spaciable is hosted with AWS in Ireland.
What package does Spaciable recommend?
It all depends on your budget, requirements and goals.
Luckily, our Customer Experience Team are on hand to help you make such decisions, taking into account a variety of factors.

How long do we have access for?
Admins and home users will have access for a minimum of 36 months, after which it will continue on a monthly rolling basis.
If you decide to discontinue access for a development after 36 months, home users will still have access to their account; however, it will be frozen at the point of expiration, meaning documents can no longer be added to the Library and notifications can no longer be sent to home users. The Issues and Snagging features will also no longer be accessible.
