Customer Service Administrator – Full-time (Office-based)
We now need someone to join our amazing team of Customer Experience Administrators to assist in looking after our clients and ensuring all processes run like clockwork.
The Company
Classic Folios has been established for over 25 years, with Spaciable operating as the digital arm of the company.
We started as a company creating and selling prestigious leather folios for sports and performance vehicles personalised with engraved plates.
We still do this and take pleasure in our reputation with motor enthusiasts. However, we have expanded and diversified from our beginnings, creating homeowner manuals for the UKs leading developers and software for Landlords and Managing agents to assist their tenants.
We have a team of editors that write bespoke content for properties which can be printed and supplied in a leather folio or uploaded on our homebuyer’s portal, Spaciable. This gives the new resident all the information they need to enjoy their new surroundings and greatly reduces help calls.
The Role
We now need someone to join our amazing team of Customer Experience Administrators to assist in looking after our clients and ensuring all processes run like clockwork.
The role is from 7.30 – 4.00 on Monday, 8.30 – 5.00 Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, 8.30 – 4.00 on Friday.
We need someone with a happy positive outlook to enjoy the banter and camaraderie in the team along with learning other aspects of the business to give a real variety of working.
We work together to get things done. Nothing is a problem, it is just a challenge for the team to resolve together.
About You
Experience in the following would be an advantage but not obligatory:
A Customer Service Administrator role or a retail background would suit this role
Handling queries, issues, and deadline pressures, responding well when challenges present themselves
Acting as an ambassador both internally and externally providing written and verbal reports with high degrees of accuracy
Your skillset:
Ability to learn and retain in house systems and processes
Flexibility; able to adapt to customer needs with a focus on the solution not the problem
Approachable and trustworthy, building rapport with clients and team members
Happy to communicate both on the phone and email
