Our team visited Far East Consortium’s (FEC) Victoria Riverside development recently, to shoot a series of ‘How To’ videos, designed to support new homebuyers as they familiarise themselves with their new home.

Spaciable supports the homebuyers of over 600 apartments, maisonettes and townhouses at Victoria Riverside, FEC’s landmark development in Manchester’s Red Bank Neighbourhood, which is part of FEC and Manchester City Council’s £4bn (GDV) Victoria North regeneration scheme.

These videos reduce customer care calls and call-outs, whilst showcasing a commitment to going the extra mile.

Residents are able to self-serve answers to their queries, ensuring fittings and systems are operated and maintained properly.

Not only do they offer practical benefits, they also look the part, elevating your brand and supporting your marketing materials. The videos produced for FEC were shot using the same camera as was used on Top Gun: Maverick, adding a touch of Hollywood to proceedings.
