Terms & Conditions
1. Selection Criteria
Participation is limited. Developers will be selected at Spaciable’s sole discretion based on product fit, integration feasibility, timing, and the profile of the proposed development (including scale, structure, and operational suitability). Submitting an application does not guarantee selection.
2. Scope of the Free Opportunity
If selected, the core functionality of the new workflow capability will be provided free of charge for one agreed development (the “Case Study Development”) for the duration of the agreed case study period. The free scope applies to standard product functionality only.
3. Integrations & API Requirements
As part of the assessment process, Spaciable will evaluate the level of integration required with the applicant’s CRM, accounting platform, or other third-party systems. Where additional API development, bespoke integration work, or custom configuration is required beyond standard supported integrations, this may:
- Be scoped and quoted separately; and/or
- Result in the application not being selected if integration complexity is disproportionate to the opportunity.
Spaciable reserves the right to decline or withdraw participation if required bespoke development materially exceeds reasonable commercial parameters.
4. Bespoke Development & Customisation
Any bespoke development work, custom integrations, or requested functionality outside standard product scope will be chargeable at agreed rates. Spaciable reserves the right to halt or suspend work if bespoke development requirements materially exceed the agreed scope or become commercially unviable.
5. Case Study Requirement
Participation is conditional upon cooperation in producing a results-led before-and-after case study. This includes reasonable access to agreed performance data relating to the scoped workflows.
6. Post–Case Study Period
The free usage applies only for the agreed Case Study Development and period. Any continued use, additional developments, or requested alterations/customisations beyond the case study period may be subject to standard pricing and/or additional charges.
7. 50% Offer for Non-Selected Applicants
Applicants who are not selected may be offered 50% off the base licence cost of the workflow capability on a future development. This discount:
- Applies to standard product pricing only;
- Does not apply to bespoke development, integrations, or customisation work;
- Is subject to standard commercial terms.
8. General
Spaciable reserves the right to modify or withdraw this opportunity at any time. Final participation is subject to agreement of a formal commercial contract.
